That name is Jason Lopez aka "Seth". Another witness stated that Carmen might have been robbed. I don't know on what basis this comment could be based on but struck me as odd. Since then I have learned that these witness' have been asked to return by SAPD for further testimony but this has not happened.<br /><br />I am perplexed at the amount of sightings of Carmen claimed by people who have not reported it to the police but have only reported it to "friends" of the family. I pray to God that these "sighting" are not pranks by ill wishers.
